Please ensure that you have a written or printed receipt for your purchase. If not, warranties or returns may not be honored.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will give you a full refund provided you:

1. Bring in your ORIGINAL receipt.

2. Return the item in its original carton and packaging.

3. Make your return or exchange within 30 days. 

LOW PRICE GUARANTEE

If you purchase from us and find the identical item advertised at a lower price within 15 days after your purchase, bring us the ad and your receipt and we will refund you 105% of the difference.

If for any reason the price marked on the product differs from our register, you will always receive the lower amount on one item only.

Does not apply to manufacturer's rebates, floor models, one-of-a-kinds, or limited quantity items, clearance, closeouts, going-out-of-business offers, typographical errors, or internet pricing and advertisements of any kind with exception to Barbeques Galore's websites. 

RESTOCKING FEES

A 25% Restocking Fee will apply on all special orders, used merchandise after 30 days, opened merchandise without Original Packaging, and on items returned after 30 days. 

ADDITIONAL REFUND POLICY

No refund on any services rendered, old or closeout models, discontinued merchandise, and floor model(s) product being returned.

Products must be NEW and UNUSED for a complete refund.
